This August we became citizens of Mayfair, Boomtown in Winchester. We have travelled the lands far and wide to collect and trade whatever we can find. We have recently learnt how to cultivate sparkling candy floss. We may be vagabonds but we still felt like we fitted right in to the High Society of Mayfair, with our big ball gowns made from our fabrics and ephemera lovingly hand sewn on and found along the way. In exchange for the gifts of tourists passing by, we offered free candyfloss, laced with edible glitter.
We were able to get our hands on lots of lovely tat including chewing gum, bottle caps, stickers, lighters and beer!
