DELIVERY, SET-UP, TAKE DOWN & COLLECTION
We always offer delivery, set-up, take-down and collection to and from the location of your event as part of our marquee and equipment hire service. Everything will be arranged to the dates and times of your choosing, and layout, decor and colour schemes can be customised to your preference. Our friendly staff will work with you on-site to make sure everything’s set up just how you want it to be.
If you like the look of our marquees, why not consider the following additions:
FURNITURE & DECOR
We can fill the tent with our handmade furniture and decor. This includes custom designed bench seating, stools, wall hangings and bunting, cushions, rugs, decorative curtains and more. We can also make custom signage in advance.
STAGE, SOUND & LIGHTING
We are able to provide a stage area with PA speakers, 10-channel mixing desk, microphones and lighting. This set-up is perfectly suited for many different purposes, such as hosting live music, DJs, talks, workshops and performances.
CATERING
We can provide full food and drink catering for your event, with menu and service times to your taste and preference. This can vary from a simple buffet to an all day breakfast, lunch and dinner service in a relaxed festival style atmosphere.
We are flexible and always happy to negotiate pricing and terms to suit your budget and specific needs. If you would like to just hire stage / audio equipment, furniture, decor or our smaller heavy duty 3m x 6m outdoor gazebo, please also get in touch!
